Q: What exactly is VALIANT WORLD?
A: VALIANT WORLD or VALIANT WORLD Designs LLC is an everyday streetwear clothing brand company, encouraging and inspiring people of all walks of life to fight for what is right. By visually showing both graphics and typography designs on our apparel and accessories. We also have plans to introduce non-printed apparel and accessories sometime in the near future.

Q: Do you have a physical location?
A: We do not have any physical retail locations at present. Just the online store.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: VALIANT WORLD does not accept returns of any kind, due to the nature of our manufacturing suppliers. All sales are final.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do offer refunds, however, customers must report any problems relating to damages and/or mislabeling up to a maximum of 24hrs after purchasing and receiving, with sufficient photo/video evidence of both product(s) and receipt(s). You can email us here: assist@valiantworldofficial.com

Q: Are there shipping fees?
A: Yes. USD $4.99 is the additional shipping cost on products below USD $49.99. Any products USD $49.99 or above automatically qualify for free shipping.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! Yes we do.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated time (2-5 business days) across the US, we have a rough estimation that it could be the same time frame for Canada, but in some cases it might take longer for your items to get to your destination. Actual shipping times may take longer due to various reasons, so more like 1-8 business days on the odd occasion. International destinations outside the US & Canada may range between (1-20 days) in total. We do encourage you to make your purchases well in advance in order to receive them in time to use at the preferred time.  

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. After your order has been processed and packaged, we send you a tracking number via email where you can track your order.
