It has been over three decades since Jewel Cecilia Adorothy Williams-Mckie graced this earth, in search of raising the standard of living and quality of not only her own, but also the lives of her children and the rest of her family members. Both her and her sisters, Quincell & Lorna; tried for several years since the early 1990s to start work-from-home jobs being advertised in the back of popular magazines, which then turned into the online revolution from the early 2000s for them.

They tried everything, but to no avail. The biggest factor going against them? Society telling them "Starting anything online couldn't be done, not in this country." 

But over the years Jewel and her sisters kept trying stuff online, and researching, and gained more information in the belief that what society was telling them couldn't be done; indeed could be. In 2020, Jewel was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, but because of her Christian faith; she battled on with trying to find a way to get something started online for her two sons Andre & Zachary.

Her battle came to an end on Dec, 24th 2022. However, before she passed away, she encouraged her older son Andre to find out what it really took to start an online business; and we're happy to say that we've found out the right way to start one up after so many years of trying.

VALIANT WORLD was born out of defiance, a willingness of not wanting to give up, and to also prove to the masses in their homeland Barbados, that with some research and a lot of setting up; in the right way of course, the possibilities far outweigh the negative mindsets of everyone around them.

After all, we have to be courageous in this world, if we are indeed to move forward and leave truly positive legacies that will continue to impact the lives of everyone for generations to come.
